Shipping Policies
The majority of our credit approved orders, placed before 12:00 PST, ship within 24 to 48 hours.
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, we are happy to accommodate you. Please note that we cannot ship your products until payment is received and verified.
Shipping to an alternate address other than your billing address
Due to our shipping policy that protects you against credit card fraud, EnterComputers.com will only ship to the billing address of your credit card. To ship to a secondary address, other than your credit card’s billing address please contact your Credit Card Company and have them note the alternate shipping address. This procedure will not affect your billing information, and will automatically be deleted from your account within 24 hours.
Make note that it is your responsibility to follow our credit card policy regarding shipping addresses. Not following the previous procedures will cause a delay in your order.

International Shipment
International shipping rates may vary. Please contact us for the applicable rates.
When calculating shipping charges for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada refer to the shipping rates applicable to these states as they differ from our current rates from the 48 contiguous states.
For International shipments, be aware that you are responsible for paying the customs and import duties at the time of delivery. In case you dispute the customs and/or import fees, EnterComputers.com reserves the right to deduct this fee from your given credit card information.
