If you prefer to pay by check or money order, we are happy to accommodate you. Please note that we cannot ship your products until payment is received and verified.
Free shipping applies to all orders over $100.
We do not ship to P.O. and/or A.P.O Boxes
Standard Delivery shipping rates do not apply to any orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please make sure to chose the applicable territory when you place your order, or a delay in shipping may occur.
Shipping to an address other than your billing address
Due to our shipping policy that protects you against credit card fraud, EnterComputers.com will only ship to an authorized address on your credit card.
In order to be compliant with this policy, a 2-minute phone call to your credit company will need to be made, where you add a "temporary alternate shipping address" to your account. This is a new policy being put forth by certain online retails in an ongoing effort to protect our customers from fraud.

It is your responsibility to follow our credit card policy regarding shipping addresses. Not following the previous procedures will cause a delay in your order.

All international orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds, by wire transfer, and will only be processed once payment has been confirmed. Please be aware that many product warranties do not provide coverage outside of the U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law.
Since international orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, please contact us for rates, restrictions and other arrangements.
Freight charges, Tax and Duties
It’s recommended (and preferred) to provide us with a valid FedEx or UPS account. You can also arrange the shipping by contacting FedEx or UPS after your payment is cleared.
Otherwise, shipping charges along with applicable tax and duties, will be calculated and payment will be due before your order is shipped out.
All items above 125 lbs in weight or 129” in total dimensions can be subject to extra charges as this will be shipped with Freight Service or Trucking Company. Please see below for further details:
· If you don’t have a forklift or loading dock, lift-gate service will be required and a $70.00 fee will be charged.
· If you require inside delivery, an ADDITIONAL $70.00 fee will be charged for ground floor or a $120.00 for above or below ground floor WITH FREIGHT ELEVATOR
